Germany FUYAO Glass Adopts our Servo Stamping Automatic Machines to Produce Rear Triangle Bright Trim Strips
Fuyao Glass Industry Group acquired the German SAM company in 2018, and its main business is to supply rear triangle bright trim strips for Audi, BMW and other brand cars. By then, Fuyao Glass Industry Group would need to purchase a large number of servo punch machines as production equipment, and many well-known servo stamping equipment manufacturers participated in the project bidding. Among them, there are more than a dozen companies bidding for servo punching machines in China and other countries, and there are several international first-class servo stamping equipment manufacturers, including well-known international brands such as Germany's Schuler and Japan's AIDA.In this bidding project, Jinwo Servo Press won the favor of Fuyao Glass Industry Group due to its scientific and reasonable project design scheme, considerate packaging, transportation and on-site installation scheme, excellent configuration and reasonable price, short delivery cycle, and more comprehensive after-sales service. Fully recognized, we won the bid.
After winning the bid, CAO Dewang, chairman of the board of directors of Fuyao Group, signed a project procurement contract with JIN Yuhong, chairman of Jinwo Group. They also signed a series of business agreements and cooperation memorandums for continuing business partners, including a technology confidentiality agreement and a business cooperation agreement. According to the product details of the procurement contract, our company organizes multiple departments such as procurement, production, R&D and after-sales service to quickly set up a project task force to formulate a detailed project plan so that the project can proceed smoothly and be delivered on time. In the end, all four production lines were delivered on time by the end of 2019.
The end of 2019 happened to be the outbreak of the COVID-19. In the face of a severe epidemic worldwide, the installation and debugging of the production line was completed in Germany ahead of schedule to ensure quality and quantity. We arranged for an assembly and debugging project team to arrive in Germany in advance and waited for the goods to be delivered to the Fuyao factory in Germany for timely installation. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the installation and debugging of this project, before the assembly and debugging project team members set off, we gave the team members a week of simple German training to specifically learn the German version of the professional terminology of our servo stamping equipment in order to improve communication efficiency and assembly and commissioning quality to avoid mistakes and errors.
In the end, we overcame various difficulties caused by the epidemic, and all four production lines were assembled efficiently, on time and with high quality, which was highly recognized by Fuyao Group. When our Jinwo installation and commissioning employees see our equipment successfully put into production at Fuyao's German factory, it marks the successful completion of the Jinwo servo press turnkey project.
